If you're active on both sides of the fundraising equation, this membership saves you money and gives you maximum value.
Can I switch from Founder or Funder to All Access? +
Absolutely! You can upgrade to All Access at any time. We'll prorate your existing membership and apply the credit to your All Access subscription. Just contact us at [email protected] to make the switch.
What if I only need one side of the platform? +
That's totally fine! You can join as a Founder-only ($160/year) or Funder-only ($100/year) member. All Access is designed for those who want to actively participate on both sides, but individual memberships are perfect if you're focused on one area.
Do I get priority support with All Access? +
Yes! All Access members receive priority support from the Sengo team, early access to new features, and invitations to exclusive events and programming. We recognize your commitment to the full ecosystem and provide enhanced support accordingly.
Can I cancel my All Access membership? +
Yes, you can cancel anytime with no questions asked. If you're on the monthly plan, you won't be charged again after cancellation. For annual plans, you'll retain access through the end of your billing period. We're confident you'll love the value, but there's no lock-in.
Is this compatible with Capital Circle? +
Absolutely! All Access is the perfect foundation if you're considering or already part of Capital Circle (our $5k+ annual commitment tier). You'll have full platform access plus the premium Capital Circle benefits like grant committee participation and co-investment opportunities.
What about 1:1 fundraising support? +
All Access includes all the self-service founder resources and community support. If you want dedicated 1:1 fundraising advisory (pitch deck refinement, investor intros, strategy sessions), that's available as an add-on service on a sliding scale of $500-$2,000.
